Building Strong Foundations

The firm was founded by Guillermo Cruz-Rico, who earned his law degree in Mexico (2000), relocated to Toronto (2005), served as in-house counsel with Greenspan Partners (2006), became accredited as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario for Mexican law (2007), and was called to the Bar of Ontario (2014).

 

In 2014, he established MC Law Firm—Toronto’s first practice dedicated to Mexican and Canadian law.
