3. Confidentiality and Solicitor–Client Privilege
• Information shared with us is not automatically confidential unless and until a formal solicitor–client relationship is established.
• A solicitor–client relationship only arises once you have signed a written retainer agreement with MC Law Firm and/or Luis Guillermo Cruz Rico.
• Once retained, all communications and personal information are protected by confidentiality and solicitor–client privilege under Ontario law and the Law Society of Ontario’s Rules of Professional Conduct.

We do not sell or trade personal information. Disclosure is limited to:
